Depending on the hoist configuration, operators hold the SafeWork NSW high-risk work licence for Materials Hoist (HM) or Personnel & Materials Hoist (PB/HP where applicable). Every operator we deploy has current licensing and real site hours across Sydney high-rise.
The role is more than pressing buttons — scheduling the lift cycle, managing queue pressure from trades, communicating delays, maintaining daily equipment checks. Our operators understand the program pressure that sits on the hoist and run it accordingly.

What's the difference between Materials Hoist and Personnel & Materials Hoist?
Materials Hoist (HM) is licensed for materials transport only. Personnel & Materials Hoist requires a higher-class licence and certified equipment — it carries workers as well as materials. Tell us the hoist certification on dispatch and we'll match. - 02+
Can your operators do pre-start checks and log-book entries?
Yes — daily pre-start, log book entries and fault reporting to the principal are standard responsibilities our hoist operators handle. - 03+
Do you supply operators for tower-crane alternative hoists?
