Excavator work is feel. The operator has to read the ground, the slew radius, the service depth, the batter angle — and keep moving dirt at the rate that makes the program profitable. ProChoice supplies operators who've run real hours across Sydney's civil, residential and commercial earthworks.
Our operator bench covers the common weight classes — typically 5-tonne through to 30-tonne — and the standard attachment range: bucket, tilt hitch, hammer, grapple. Where the job is a 30-plus tonne large excavator or a long-reach configuration, we confirm competency on that specific machine before dispatch.
Trenching for services, bulk cuts for subdivisions, site establishment, final trim work — all within the bench's range. We match operator experience to work type and machine class.
